We were asked by the Port of Oakland to create videos that would show Bay Area residents how all three of their departments connect with the public (Port Operations, Real Estate, and Airport).
Regular meetings to plan, create, and review a pipeline of high quality creative media that aligned with newsworthy events and marketing messages. Documented events & promoted public activities.
Ongoing social video content for the Port’s social media including YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. Increased their video production from 4 videos per year (on average) to over 1-3 videos per month.
Our work allowed the Port to take control of their image and messaging on Twitter and Facebook (instead of relying on news outlets to drive the narrative.)
Incorporated community members into the work. Expanded client’s reputation as accessible, engaging, and community-friendly.
